Simon Williamson Clinic - Alabaster Map/Directions Diane R. Counce, M.D. Dr. Counce joined Simon Williamson Clinic in 2002 after serving as Chief Neurophysiology Resident at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Counce served as a member of the UAB Housestaff Council Felloswhip. Dr. Counce has several published articles and has participated in several research projects. In October of 2000 Dr. Counce was given a grant for her work on "Magnetic Source Imaging in Patients with Normal or Non-localizing MRI." Dr. Counce is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Neurology and the American Epilepsy Society. Cheryl R. Goyne, MD In March of 2005, Dr. Cheryl Goyne joined the Simon Williamson Clinic and Dr. Diane Counce. Although she is new to Dr. Counce's practice, Dr. Goyne has worked with Clinical Research Consultants at other locations for several years. Dr. Goyne has participated in more than 10 clinical trials during her time with CRC, Inc. Dr. Goyne received her Psychology degree and Medical Degree from Louisiana State University. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Neurology, and holds affiliations with Baptist Medical Center-Shelby. |
