Carol Mitchell Johnson, M.D. Dr. Johnson joined the staff at Simon-Williamson Clinic in 1995. She has completed more than 35 clinical trials in her Family Practice since joining Simon-Williamson Clinic. Dr. Johnson holds active Hospital affiliations with Shelby Baptist Medical Center, located in Alabaster, Alabama and Brookwood Medical Center, located in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Johnson's major clinical interest include Family Practice Medicine, Hypertension, Diabetes, Urinary Tract Infections, and Allergy/Sinus Medicine. Genesis Family Medicine Map/Directions Terry J. True, M.D. Dr. True started his practice in January of 2002. Since that time he has participated in 5 clinical trials. Dr. True also holds an appointment as a staff member of Medical Center East(MCE). Dr. True is a member of many professional organizations and has held positions as President of the Alabama Family Practice Resident's Association, Chairman of the MCE Family Practice Residency Recruitment, and Chairman of the MCE Department of Family Physicians among others.
